If you aren't following along on my Instagram or Facebook, you're missing my World Series sketches of one of my favorite Disney characters dressed up in Kansas City Royals swag.  With the long layover between the end of the Championship Series, and the start of the World Series, I drew a disheartened Rapunzel waiting for the games to start.

If you follow my instagram account, you'll see that I like to draw disney style pinup art.  So when a fitness coach asked me to draw cartoon versions of her clients I jumped at the chance.  She never ended up using them, but I had a ton of fun doing it and it was my first illustration contract!

An illustration I've been working on at the side of my desk for a couple weeks.  I've been enjoying using traditional art using pencil, paper and black ink.  It's a little refreshing.  As a newly located OCer, I spend a fair amount of time at the beach, and I'm surrounded with surfers all year long.  I plan on doing more surfer girls drawing in the future.
