What is your return policy?
S. Preston Art + Designs stands behind all his artwork, however we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you are looking to make a return with us, you can breathe easy - we've made this simple.
Here is our policy:
You are making the return within 14 days of the delivery date.
The item is in identical condition to when it was sold.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I proceed if I want to make a return?
If you do decide to return your S. Preston artwork, please follow these instructions:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and specific reason for the return.
2. Pack the artwork back in the original tube or box as well as all of the packaging materials and certificate of authenticity that was included in the package. If this tube or box is damaged please ensure that an equivalently secure shipping packaging is used. Whether pieces arrived rolled or flat that arrived rolled should be shipped back the same way. DO NOT ship large posters flat as they have a tendency of being damaged in the process of shipping. DO NOT fold any art work.
4. Ship it back to us at the address we provide you. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable shipping method and to purchase insurance for the full value of the item's value. You will be responsible for ensuring that the package is safely returned to us and we cannot issue a refund prior to receiving the package and inspecting its condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will my purchase be refunded?
Once we receive your package and confirm that it is in the original, undamaged condition, we will refund you within seven business days. We will email you when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
What if my purchase is damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, please take one or more digital photos of the item and one or more of the shipping container it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to email@example.com.
